Bid Package Organization and Structure Enhancements

Bid package organization has been enhanced to better align with how estimates are structured and managed. When estimate items are organized into sections, those sections are now preserved automatically when items are imported into a bid package. This ensures continuity between estimating and bidding workflows and makes bid packages easier to review for both internal teams and subcontractors.

While items cannot be moved between sections after import, users can reorder items within each section to improve clarity or presentation. This intentional limitation helps maintain the integrity of the original estimate structure while still allowing reasonable flexibility.

In addition to structural improvements, bid-related workflows benefit from closer integration with estimate-level tools such as bulk actions, ensuring faster setup and fewer manual steps when preparing bid documentation.
