Can I schedule multiple people at one time?

You can schedule multiple people at once in the Crew Schedule module. This allows you to assign the same project or task to several crew members or an entire crew, saving time and keeping schedules consistent.

There are two ways to schedule multiple people at once:

Option 1: Use the New Shift Button

1. In the Crew Schedule, click + New Shift in the upper-right corner.

2. The New Event window will open.
3. Under Project*, select the project you want to schedule.
4. Under Location, enter the job site or location where the crew will work, if needed.
5. Under Crew Member*, select the employees you want to schedule.
– Use Select All to select all available crew members.
– You can also select individual crew members from the list.

6. Add any additional information in the Description field.
7. Review the Link Tasks option.
When tasks are linked, changes made to the task for one crew member will also apply to the other linked crew members. Unlink the task if individual changes are needed.
8. Set the Time Period for the scheduled work.
9. Click Save.
The shift will be added to the selected crew members’ schedules.

Option 2: Drag and Drop a Project onto a Crew

You can also schedule an entire crew by dragging a project from the Drag to Schedule panel.
1. Locate the project you want to schedule in the Drag to Schedule panel on the left.
2. Drag the project onto the crew section/header in the schedule.
3. The project will be added to the schedules of the members within that crew.
This method is useful when the same project needs to be scheduled for an entire crew at once.
