Does My Sub Have to Create an Account Before They Can Submit Their Bid?

No, subcontractors do not have to create an account before submitting their bid in Contractor Foreman.

They can simply click the link included in the “Invite to Bid” email and submit their pricing directly through that link — no login or account setup required.

How It Works

  1. The Contractor Foreman user creates and sends a Bid Package to the subcontractor.

  2. The subcontractor receives an Invite to Bid email containing a secure link.

  3. When the subcontractor clicks the link, they can view the bid details and enter their pricing for each item.

  4. Once submitted, the bid is automatically linked to the Bid Manager in Contractor Foreman for review.

Summary

Subcontractors do not need a Contractor Foreman account to participate in the bidding process.
They only need to:

  • Open the Invite to Bid email, and

  • Click the provided link to submit their bid.

This makes it quick and easy for subcontractors to respond to bid requests without requiring system access or account setup.
