From there, select “Add Custom Entry +” to create new Tags based on your organizational needs. Notice that we can edit existing tags by clicking on the green pencil located at the right hand side of the tag.

Once the Tags are set up, they can be assigned to contacts within the directory. Under each contact’s profile, users have the ability to select and apply Tags, providing greater control over data organization. This feature ensures that users can quickly categorize and retrieve contacts based on customized criteria, making project management more efficient.
