You can control which projects appear in the **Crew Schedule** by selecting the project statuses you want to display. This helps keep your schedule focused on projects that are currently relevant.

1. Open the Crew Schedule Module

  • From the **MENU** at the top of the screen, select **Crew Schedule**.

  • *Show the current Crew Schedule screen here, highlighting the **Gear icon** in the upper-right corner.*

2. Open General Settings

  • In the **Crew Schedule** module, click the **Gear icon** in the upper-right corner.
  • This will open the **General Settings** window.

  • Show the General Settings screen here, with the Projects Shown section visible.*

 3. Locate the Projects Shown Section

  • In General Settings, find the Projects Shown section.

This section allows you to choose which project statuses should appear in the Crew Schedule view.

 4. Select the Project Statuses

Select the checkboxes for the project statuses you want to display in the Crew Schedule.

The available options may include:

  1. Unassigne
  2. Started
  3. Bidding
  4. Pending
  5. Unscheduled
  6. Submittal
  7. Completed

Uncheck any statuses for projects you do not want to appear in the Crew Schedule.

Use the current General Settings screenshot here. Highlight the Projects Shown section and the status checkboxes.

 5. Save Your Changes

  1. After selecting the project statuses you want to display, click Save at the bottom of the settings window.
  2. After saving your changes, the project list in the Crew Schedule will update to show projects with the selected statuses.

Note

The **Projects Shown** settings determine which project statuses are displayed in the Crew Schedule. If you need a project status that is not available in this list, check the project status settings in the **Projects Module**.
