To edit or select the project type in the Estimate, you need to open the Estimate record. Please note that this is only recommended before the Estimate is approved. If the Estimate has already been approved, make the change directly in the Project itself.

Go to the Estimate record in the Estimates module, open it, and click on the Details tab. Once there, click on the Project Type field to expand the dropdown menu and select whether it is a Residential, Commercial, or Civil Works project.
