How do I assign a Project Manager to a Project?

Contractor Foreman allows you to assign a Project Manager easily (as well as other key roles like Site Manager and Safety Contact) directly within the project.

To begin, open the specific project where you want to assign a Project Manager. You can do this by navigating to the Projects module from the main menu and selecting the project from the projects menu.

Once inside the project go to the Contacts Tab, where you can assign the Project Manager. In order to assign a Project Manager, Click Select Project Manager, or click on the name if there’s already a project manager assigned and if you want to change it. Select an individual from your existing contact list and click Save.

In the Contacts Tab, you can assign not only the Project Manager but also several other roles crucial to project success, including Site Manager, Safety Contact, Sales Representative, and an Estimator.
