In Contractor Foreman, copying a section and its items is a convenient way to duplicate an entire set of line items within an estimate, saving time and ensuring consistency.

Navigate to the Estimates Module from the Main Menu; select the Estimates module. From the list of estimates, pick the estimate in which you would like to copy a section. Click on the estimate to open it.

Once the estimate is open, navigate to the Items tab located in the left-hand panel. This tab will display all the sections and line items within the selected estimate.

Find the section with the items you wish to copy. Next to the section name to the right, locate the Add Items/Modify Section drop-down menu. Click on this drop-down menu to view available options.

From the drop-down options, select Copy Section.

This will duplicate the entire section, including all its line items. You can then rename the section, make any necessary adjustments, and proceed with further modifications if needed.
