How do I create and manage default folders for a specific Project?

Default Folder Creation

Default folders are automatically created for the project when files are added in their respective modules. These folders help organize documents, drawings, and photos without requiring manual setup.

Adding a New Folder in Project Module

If you need to create your own folder, go to:
Main Menu → Files and Photos

1. Click Add New Folder in the top-right corner.

2. Enter the folder name.

3. Save to add it under your project’s folder list.

Uploading Photos into a Folder

To upload files or photos into a folder:

1. Go to Main Menu → Files and Photos.

2. Select the folder where you want to add photos.

3. Click on the cloud upload icon.

4. Choose the files/photos and upload them.

How do I set up Vehicles and assign them to Employees?

Adding a Vehicle Log

1. From the dashboard, click Main Menu → Vehicle Logs.

2. Click + Vehicle Logs to create a new log.

3. Fill out the required fields:
   • Project – select the related project.
   • Log Date – choose the date of the vehicle entry.
   • Employee – assign the vehicle to an employee.
   • Vehicle – select or enter the vehicle details.

4. Click Save to add the vehicle log.

With this setup, you can both organize documents and photos under Files and Photos, and also track vehicles and assignments under Vehicle Logs.
