Deleting a form in Contractor Foreman is a straightforward process, but it comes with certain limitations depending on the type of form you’re working with. Follow the steps below to delete a form, and be aware of the rules for deleting or archiving specific forms.
Limitations on Deleting Forms:

Used Form: You can delete forms that you have submitted or saved as a draft to submit later under Used Form.
Company Form (Company): You cannot delete custom company forms which are custom created by scratch or by editing a form in the library. You can only archive copied Company Forms if they are no longer needed. Archiving a form will remove it from active use, but the form will still be stored in your system for future reference or reactivation.
Company Form (All): Forms from the Forms & Checklist Library provided by Contractor Foreman cannot be deleted or archived. These forms are pre-loaded by the system and are available to all users at any time.

How to Delete a Used Form?

Navigate to Used Form in the Forms & Checklists module and click three dots to the right corner of the form you want to delete, choose delete, and type DELETE to confirm. Please note that deletion is permanent, and you cannot retrieve them back once you delete them.

How to Archive a Company Form?

Go to Company Forms in the Forms & Checklists module and select the company form you want to archive, click on the three dots to the right corner of the form, and choose Archive. The form will be moved to an archived state and will no longer be visible in the active forms list.

By following these steps and understanding the limitations, you can easily manage your forms in Contractor Foreman, ensuring that your personal forms stay organized and your company forms remain available when needed.
