How do I delete tax rates, so I can recreate proper ones?

You cannot Delete Tax Rates, but you can Archive them. To configure your tax rates, from the Main Menu, go to Settings. Under the System Settings heading, click on Financial. There you will see a setting field called Tax Rates.

Click the Archive icon to the right of the existing tax rate to remove it from the active list.

Once done, Click on Add Tax Rate + to add a new tax rate.

Provide a name for the tax rate (e.g., “Sales Tax” or “VAT”) and input the appropriate percentage for the tax. After entering the necessary details, click Save to store the new tax rate.

Now that you have created your tax rate, you can use that tax rate on your invoices.
