In Contractor Foreman, it’s important to ensure that all line items in your estimates are properly priced. Occasionally, you might have some line items that have a $0 value, indicating they haven’t been priced yet. These items can be quickly identified using a built-in feature that allows you to filter and display any $0 items within your estimate.

To begin, go to the Main Menu and select the Estimates module. This module contains all your estimates, and you can access individual estimates from here. Once inside the Estimates module, find the estimate for which you want to view $0 line items. Click on the estimate’s name to open it.

After opening the estimate, you’ll be directed to the estimate’s main page. From here, go to the Items Tab on the left-hand panel. This is where all the sections and line items for the estimate are displayed.

At the top of the list of sections and line items, you will see a toggle option labeled “Show $0 Items.” This toggle allows you to switch between only displaying line items that have a $0 value or displaying all items.

Once you toggle “Show $0 Items” to Yes, the estimate will automatically filter to display all the line items that have a $0 value. This allows you to quickly identify any unpriced items that require attention.
