How do I export a single file or multiple files in the Files & Photos feature?

In Contractor Foreman, files are downloaded, not exported — but the process is very similar. You can easily download one or multiple files at once within the Files and Photos module.

Follow these steps:

·        Go to the Files and Photos module from the main menu.

·        Locate the project or folder containing the file(s) you want to download.

·        Select the file(s):

·        Hover over each file and check the box in the top left corner, and/or

·        Use the Select All option to choose all files within that folder.

·        Once selected, several options will appear at the top of the screen.

·        Click on the Download Zip button.

·        A ZIP file will be generated, and you’ll receive an email with the download link once it’s ready.

Tip: You can download files from within a project, a specific folder, or even across multiple projects.
