Go to the Reports Module, at the bottom of the screen you will see the “Time Card Report” section, expand it and click on the “Time Activity (Most Popular)” option.

After you click on the blue button “View”, you will see a pop-up window like the one below. In order to get your report in decimals, make sure you select the second option for the Hours Format.

When creating reports, you have the option to export time in a decimal format as we showed you above.  When viewing the Weekly Sheet summary you also have the option to change the view to see times in a decimal format.

Use the chart below to help with manual conversions.  Once converted to a decimal format, 12:34 would become 12.57.
