How do I move files from one folder to another within Files and Photos?

To move files between folders in the Files and Photos module, follow these steps:

• Go to the main menu and open the Files and Photos module.
• Locate the project where your files are stored. On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see a list of all your projects. Click on the project of your interest.
• Once inside the project, open the folder that contains the file(s) you want to move.
• Hover over the file and click the checkbox in the top left corner of the file preview.
• After selecting one or multiple files, several action buttons will appear at the top of the screen.
• On the right-hand side, click the Move icon or button.
• Choose the destination folder where you want to move your file(s), and confirm the action.

Important: You can only move files that were uploaded directly into the Files and Photos module or into a Project folder.
Files that are linked to specific records (such as Submittals, Daily Logs, RFIs, etc.) cannot be moved. This is because those files are tied to the record where they were originally uploaded.
