How do I notify my crew about their work schedule?

The Crew Schedule allows you to notify crew members about their upcoming work schedule. You can also download the schedule for selected crew members and a specific date range to share with your team.

 Option 1: Send a Schedule Notification

You can send the upcoming schedule to your crew members directly from the Crew Schedule.

1. Open the Crew Schedule  module.
2. Click the  Send Schedule Notification  icon (paper-plane icon) in the upper-right corner of the screen.

3. A Send Schedule Notification window will appear asking:

Do you want to send crew members a schedule for the next 7 days?

4. Click Yes to send the schedule notification or No to cancel.

The notification sends crew members their schedule for the next 7 days

Option 2: Download the Crew Schedule

You can also download the Crew Schedule to share with your crew or keep as a record.

1. From the  Crew Schedule, click the  Print/Download icon  in the upper-right corner.

2. The **Download Crew Schedule** window will open.

3. Under Select Crews, choose either:
All Crews – Download the schedule for everyone.
Some Crews – Select specific crews to include.

4. Under Select Date, choose the date range you want to include in the downloaded schedule.

5. Click Download to generate the crew schedule.

 Why Use Crew Schedule Notifications?

Keeping your crew informed helps ensure that everyone knows:

• Which project they are assigned to.
• Where they need to report.
• When their scheduled work begins.
• Which days they are scheduled to work.
• Any relevant schedule information provided through the Crew Schedule.

Using the notification and download options helps keep your team organized and reduces confusion about upcoming work.
