How to Print a Punchlist

Purpose

Printing a punchlist allows users to generate a physical or digital hard copy of all punchlist items associated with a specific project. This is essential for field coordination, contractor accountability, project closeout meetings, and documentation. A printed punchlist can be distributed during on-site inspections, used for manual sign-off, or kept for compliance and audit purposes.

Contractor Foreman offers an intuitive method to generate and print punchlists through its integrated PDF generation and export features.
