How do I restrict an attendee’s access to a safety meeting to providing his Signature Only?

You don’t need to change or restrict any user roles for this purpose. In Contractor Foreman, attendees do not need system access to sign a Safety Meeting.

Here’s how it works:

• Attendees can be employees, or subcontractors — whether they have access to Contractor Foreman or not.
• Only users with access to the Safety Meetings module can create and manage Safety Meetings.
• Once the meeting takes place, the person who held the meeting can use a mobile device (phone or tablet) to collect signatures from each attendee directly.

Good to know: Attendees do not need access to the Safety Meetings module (or even to Contractor Foreman) in order to provide their signature.
The meeting organizer simply collects the signatures on-site using their own device.
