How do I select which Projects I want to see simultaneously in the Schedule feature?

The Schedule Module in Contractor Foreman allows you to view and manage multiple projects at the same time. This feature is particularly useful when coordinating schedules across different projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and avoiding conflicts.

To view multiple projects simultaneously, navigate to the Schedule Module from the Main Menu.

Click on the “Select Project” button at the top of the Schedule interface.

A list of all available projects will appear. Select the projects you want to display and click Save to confirm your selection. Once selected, the Gantt Chart will display the tasks and schedules for all the chosen projects.

By using the multi-project selection feature in the Schedule Module, you can ensure that all your projects are well-organized and running smoothly.
