If you have multiple projects running simultaneously, you may want to control which ones appear on your scheduling dashboard. This can help reduce clutter and improve performance, especially if some projects are large or resource-intensive. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to select which projects are displayed on your schedule.

From the main Menu, click on the Schedule module. This will open the scheduling dashboard where your Gantt charts and task lists are managed.

On the upper left-hand side of the Schedule module, you will see a button labeled Projects. Click this button to bring up a list of all the projects in your Contractor Foreman account.

From the list that appears, you can select which projects you want to show on the Gantt chart. You can toggle the projects on or off by checking or unchecking them. This allows you to filter which projects appear on your schedule.

It’s important to note that selecting too many projects, particularly large or complex ones, can slow down the performance of the Schedule module. This issue is typically related to the capacity of your graphics card.

Once you’ve selected the projects you want to display, your Schedule will automatically update to reflect only those projects. You can now proceed to view, edit, and manage the Gantt charts and timelines for the selected projects.
