How do I set the Priority Status for the Service Ticket and can I filter and display a list based on these Priorities?

To set the priority status for Service Tickets, go to the Menu and locate Service Tickets and pick the Service Ticket you wish to change the status to.

Once here, go to Edit mode which is the pencil icon on the top right. In the details tab, you will see Priority. It will be set to Normal by default. Simply click on the drop down and change the status.
