How do I share files attached to the Estimate with the Customer or Lead?

To share files attached to the Estimate, you would need to enable it to show in the PDF. To do this, please go to the Menu and select Estimates and pick the Estimate you wish to enable image sharing and enter Edit mode which is the pencil icon on the top right.

Once here, Go to the Files Tab and under the image, you will see a Person icon. If it is selected and is filled with the blue color, then it means it is enabled to be viewed in the PDF. If it is hollow, simply click on it to enable it. Once done, click Save and then you will see the images in the PDF. You can now email it to anyone you would prefer to.
