How do I track calls and meetings with a lead?

In the Leads module, you can pick any Lead you wish to track the calls for, and once inside the Lead, select the Sales tab. Under Sales tab at the bottom, you will see the Activity panel and you can Add a New Activity and choose the type as “call” to track the calls. If there is an upcoming call, it will show it in the dashboard of the Leads module.
