How do I track my Labor Costs against my Estimated Labor Costs?

To track Actual Labor Costs against Estimated Labor Costs, you can go to the Project from where you would like to see that information. Once you have opened the project, on the left panel there is a menu of sections, click on the one at the bottom, Reports and then open the drop down menu located at the top right corner and click on the “Budget vs Actual Labor Report”.

Once here, you will see a list of Parent codes set up by you in the Approved Estimate, Change Order(s) &/or Work Order(s) of this Project. Once you expand the Parent Code, you will see the Child Code and here it is where you will find the detailed information; How many hours did we budget vs how many hours have our employees used in this Project?
