How Is User Number Being Counted?

In Contractor Foreman, managing your subscription’s user capacity is straightforward and directly tied to operational efficiency. The platform counts users based on those with active login access, ensuring your plan aligns with the number of team members who need to interact with the system. This approach prevents overages while allowing flexibility for your crew’s size, helping you avoid unexpected costs as your projects scale.

Understanding User Counting in Subscriptions

User limits are enforced per subscription plan to balance accessibility with resource allocation. Only individuals granted login credentials contribute to the count, meaning inactive or external collaborators without accounts do not impact your quota. This method promotes precise team management, where you can onboard foremen, estimators, or admins as needed without inflating numbers unnecessarily.

The core principle is simple: The user number is counted based on the number of users that have access to login to the app. Every account has a limit on how many users can be created, and the more employees have login access, the count drops according to the plan you have.

This counting logic integrates seamlessly with account settings, where adding or removing login permissions instantly reflects in your available slots. For instance, if your plan supports 8 users and 7 are currently active, you retain one slot for a new addition, maintaining compliance without manual tracking.
