How to Add Items to a Punchlist

Overview: Purpose of Adding Punchlist Items

A Punchlist is a structured and trackable list of tasks, deficiencies, or incomplete work that must be completed before a construction project or a phase of it is considered finished. These items are typically identified during walkthroughs, inspections, or quality control reviews.

Contractor Foreman’s Punchlist module enables users to systematically document, assign, and monitor these items. Each item can include detailed descriptions, images, deadlines, and responsible parties, ensuring clear communication and resolution.

Adding individual Punchlist items is central to this process. Whether you are documenting minor finishing work or critical safety issues, each item added contributes to ensuring that nothing is missed during final project delivery.
