How to Downgrade Your Plan in Contractor Foreman

If you’re considering switching to a quarterly billing cycle or downgrading your Contractor Foreman plan, for example, moving from the Unlimited plan to the Standard plan—here’s what you need to know.

Downgrading Your Plan

To request a downgrade:

  1. Go to Menu > Settings > Subscription Details.

  2. Click on Upgrade (yes, this is also where downgrades are handled).

  3. Submit your request.

These requests are usually processed within a few hours.

Important: Downgrading your plan may result in the loss of features and access to data associated with higher-tier plans.
For example, if you move from the Unlimited plan to the Standard plan, you will lose access to any tools or features exclusive to the Unlimited plan. Any data tied to those features may also become inaccessible.

If you’ve already submitted a request and the downgrade hasn’t gone through you can contact Contractor Foreman Support, either:

  • By using the Live Chat function.

  • By emailing support@contractorforeman.com

Recommendation

Before downgrading, we strongly recommend confirming the feature differences between plans and understanding how your current data may be affected. Contractor Foreman Support is the best option to clarify any specific concerns about data retention and feature loss during a plan change.

Downgrading After Activation

If you downgrade your Contractor Foreman plan after activation, any applicable difference in price will be credited to your Contractor Foreman account for future use. This amount is not refunded to the credit card on file.
