The Schedule module provides a Gantt chart interface, which allows you to plan, visualize, and update tasks across your projects. Follow the steps below to get your projects to show on the schedules.

From the Main Menu, navigate to the Schedule module. Once inside the Schedule module, you will see a Gantt chart interface, which is similar to other project management tools like Microsoft Project.

In the Gantt chart interface, locate and click the button labelled “Select Project” or “Projects” on the top left.

A list of your available projects will appear. Select the project(s) you wish to display and work on. Click Save to confirm your selection.

If you are viewing the selected project for the first time in the Schedule module, you will be prompted to enter a Start Date and End Date for the project.

Enter the desired date range and click Save.

A Gantt chart will be generated with a sample task that spans the duration you provided. This will act as a placeholder to help you get started.

Once the project is selected and the Gantt chart is generated, you can begin adding tasks, adjusting timelines, and organizing the schedule. Click here to see how to add tasks and how to manage them.

You can now also access and manage the project’s schedule directly from the Schedule tab of your selected project.

The Gantt chart interface provides a clear and structured view, helping you stay organized and on track throughout your project timeline.
