Create a Ticket Schedule a Training

The Calendar in Contractor Foreman is a powerful tool designed to help you keep track of important activities and deadlines across multiple modules — all in one place.

You can view items such as:

  • To-Do’s
  • Projects
  • Service Tickets
  • Punch Lists
  • Inspections
  • Safety Meetings
  • Sales Activities
  • Work Orders & Renewals

How to View Calendar Items

To display these records on your Contractor Foreman Calendar:

  1. Go to Menu → Calendar.
  2. On the top left corner, open the dropdown menu.
  3. Select the items or modules you wish to view on the calendar.

This allows you to focus only on the activities that matter most to you at any given time.

Syncing with Google or Outlook Calendars

For even better organization, you can sync your Contractor Foreman calendar with Google or Outlook.
To do so:

  1. Navigate to Main Menu → Settings & Support → Settings → System Settings → Integrations.
  2. Under Calendar Settings, choose your preferred integration:
    • Gmail
    • Outlook.com
    • Outlook 365

Once connected, your calendars will stay in sync automatically.

What Information Syncs

It’s important to understand what data gets shared between calendars:

  • Events created in Contractor Foreman (under Calendar Entries) will sync to your Google or Outlook calendar.
  • Meetings created in Outlook or Gmail will sync back into Contractor Foreman.
  • Deadlines for To-Do lists, Estimates, or other modules will not sync — only Calendar Entries (Events) are included in the integration.

Tip:

Keep your calendar updated with real events to ensure your entire team stays coordinated, whether they’re using Contractor Foreman, Google Calendar, or Outlook.
