Manual Entry of Bid Submissions

Estimators can now manually enter bid submission details on behalf of bidders after a bid package has been sent. This feature was designed to accommodate real-world workflows where bids are often received outside the platform, such as through email, phone calls, or external documents.

When a bid is entered manually, Contractor Foreman records a complete history of the action. Each change includes a timestamp and identifies the user who made the update. The embedded timeline tracks specific dollar amount changes over time, allowing teams to clearly see what was modified and when. If an error occurs, users can easily review the history and correct the entry while maintaining full accountability.

This enhancement ensures that all bid data can be accurately captured and audited within Contractor Foreman, even when submissions originate externally.
