QuickBooks Users: Auto-Logout

Attention QuickBooks users. Intuit now requires that users that have access to the integration configuration settings to be automatically logged out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This change was recently rolled out and we do apologize for the delay in sharing this information. We do understand that this is frustrating, but it is a requirement from Intuit that we must follow.

If you are not already doing so, you can use a password manager and set it to auto-login so that when you revisit the page, it will log you in automatically.

To help minimize the inconvenience, we highly recommend using a secure password manager like LastPass. With LastPass, you can:

Store your QuickBooks credentials securely
Enable auto-login to save time and avoid repeated manual logins
Access your login information across devices
Maintain compliance with security best practices

By setting up auto-fill with LastPass, your credentials will be entered automatically when you revisit the login page, making the transition back into QuickBooks smooth and hassle-free.

If you are not already using a password manager, this is a great time to start. LastPass offers both free and premium options, and it’s easy to set up.
