Safety Meetings – Module Improvements

Overview

The Safety Meetings module has received several minor updates aimed at improving accuracy, navigation, and document accessibility. These enhancements are designed to make it easier for users to manage and review meeting records efficiently.

What’s New

  • Improved “Created By” Tag
    The Created By field now accurately reflects the user who created the record, rather than the user who hosted the meeting. This ensures proper attribution and tracking of record ownership.

  • New Quick Filter Toggle
    A new “All Safety Meetings / My Safety Meetings” toggle has been added to the list view. This makes it easier to filter between meetings you created and all meetings available in the system, improving navigation and organization.

  • Easy Access in Contractor’s Documents
    Safety Meeting records are now automatically included in the Contractor’s Documents section within the Directory. This provides quick and centralized access to attended meetings and related documentation.
