This is where we will post updates regarding the status of the server for the May 1, 2024 incident.

UPDATE 03:45PM: The web panel was turned back on more than an hour ago and so far it appears to be holding stable. We still have other improvements that our team will be making. Your patience is appreciated. Another positive is that the Facebook group was launched less than 24 hours ago and it already has more than 500 members! This is going to be a great resource for so many people. Glad to have each of you here.

UPDATE 01:51PM: Our team is making a temporary change that should allow the web panel to be enabled to see if this will work. We hope to enable this within the next 10-20 minutes.

UPDATE 11:57AM: The website has been disabled while being restored but access from the Contractor Foreman app is still available.

UPDATE 11:02AM – We have disabled the web panel while the issue is being resolved. You should be able to access most everything using the app for now.

If you attempted to login yesterday or earlier today, you likely noticed the intermittent server issue that we are experiencing.  Each of us expect the online services that we use to be available 24/7/365.  But we let you down and for that, I am truly sorry.

Just to make it clear, the issue has nothing to do with a security threat and no data has been lost.

I am just as frustrated as you are and it pains me to know that many of our customers are experiencing connection issues.  Your patience is appreciated and very much needed as we work this out.

To help get out timely updates, we have created a Facebook group.  Please go ahead and Join it now: https://www.facebook.com/groups/contractorforeman  If you join before May 2nd, send an email to support@contractorforeman.com letting us know and we will add a free month of service to your subscription. Include a screenshot or name or something that we can use to verify. This group will be a place where you can ask questions and get input from other contractors and team members.  We look forward to seeing you on there as that is where we will be posting updates.

Again, I do apologize for this problem as this is not the experience we want anyone to have.  It is not acceptable and we will do better and we will grow because of it.

Sincerely,

Steven Gabbard, Founder
Contractor Foreman
