Using Safety Topics and Safety Meetings in Contractor Foreman

Purpose

Safety Topics help ensure your company stays compliant with OSHA and other regional safety standards. Contractor Foreman makes it easy to access and use safety content tailored to your trade, project type, or location.

Safety Topics are primarily used within the Safety Meetings section of the platform. These meetings are essential for reinforcing proper jobsite practices and documenting compliance.

Navigation Overview

  1. Go to Main Menu
  1. Click Safety Meetings


  1. Choose View Safety Topics


Safety Topic Settings

1. Language Selection

You can view Safety Topics in either English or Spanish. Use the “Safety Topic Message” language toggle to select your preferred language.


2. Filtering Safety Topics Slider

Safety Topics can be filtered using the Search option or selecting an option between Active, Archive, and All.

  • Active = Only see Active safety topics
  • Archived = Only see archived safety topics
  • All = See all safety topics


Points to Remember

  • Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
  • Use the gear icon to add for module settings
  • Only Admins or authorized users can delete meetings or topics
  • To delete a record, click the Actions button at the bottom-right of the record view
