This will open the Inspection Module, where you can manage, track, and customize inspection records across all projects. The module is designed for flexibility and visibility—providing tools for detailed oversight, user-driven customization, and improved workflow.

Inspection Dashboard Overview

Once inside the module, you’ll land on the Inspection Dashboard, which acts as your central command center for managing inspections.

Key features of the dashboard include:

  • Comprehensive Listing: All inspection records are displayed in a structured, scrollable view. Each entry includes relevant information such as project name, inspection status, assigned personnel, dates, and more.

  • Search and Filter Options:
Use the built-in search bar to locate inspections quickly by keyword or title.
Use filters to narrow results by:

    • Date Range: View inspections conducted within a specific timeframe.
    • Project: Focus on inspections tied to a specific job or client.
    • Inspection Status: Filter by Open, In Progress, Complete, Failed, or any custom status used by your organization.

This makes it easy to manage large volumes of inspections while focusing on what matters most.

Card View (Kanban-Style Interface)

If you prefer a more visual layout, the module also offers a Card View that displays inspections in categorized columns.

Card View Features:

  • Collapsible Columns: You can expand or collapse columns such as “Pending,” “In Progress,” or “Completed” to reduce screen clutter or hone in on specific statuses.
  • Drag and Drop Functionality: Move inspections between status columns by simply dragging and dropping. This intuitive interaction helps keep status updates quick and visual—perfect for field staff or project managers tracking progress in real time.

The card view is ideal for teams who prefer to manage workflows visually, offering clarity and control at a glance.

On-Screen Tools and Resources

In addition to inspection management tools, the module includes several built-in aids to enhance usability:

  • Training Video:
A helpful training video is located in the top-right corner of the module interface. This video offers a guided walkthrough of key functions, perfect for onboarding new users or refreshing your knowledge.
  • Make a Suggestion Button:
Users can click the Make a Suggestion button to offer feedback or request feature enhancements. This encourages a more collaborative approach between users and the platform’s development team.
  • Gear Icon for Dashboard Settings:
Located near the top-right of the dashboard, the Gear (Settings) button allows you to customize your view and experience. You can:

    • Tweak column visibility.
    • Choose default filters.
    • Adjust which data fields appear in the dashboard.

This customization ensures that the module aligns with your team’s workflow and reporting needs.
