The Dispatch: Map & Calendar feature in Contractor Foreman is designed to give you a visual, geographic perspective of your Service Tickets. Instead of only seeing tickets as a list, you can view them plotted on a map, making it easier to:

  • Understand the proximity of service calls to one another.

  • Plan daily routes more efficiently.

  • Reduce travel time by scheduling nearby tickets in sequence.

Think of it as a different lens on the same information you already have in the Service Tickets module. While the module provides all the details in list form, the Dispatch: Map & Calendar allows you to see where those tickets are located and when they’re scheduled, making it a powerful tool for day-to-day planning and coordination.

This way, your team not only knows what needs to be done, but also the most efficient path to get it done.
