What is the 100 Day Money-Back Guarantee?

Some software providers give you a 30 day money-back guarantee, but we know that sometimes it takes a couple months to really determine if a solution is the right fit for your company.  That is why Contractor Foreman is proud to offer the best money-back guarantee of any construction management system.  Let’s jump in and review.

Is the 100-Day money back guarantee part of my plan?
The guarantee is automatically included in Annual plans at the Plus, Pro, and Unlimited level.  It is not included on other plans or those with a subscription period of less than 1 year. View a list of plans that include the guarantee. https://contractorforeman.com/plans/.  During account signup, we require each person to agree to the Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and the requirements of the 100 Day Guarantee. The requirements are mentioned before signup and after signup and on the Refund Policy page https://contractorforeman.com/refund-policy/ but you can also review them further below.

When does the 100 day guarantee start?
Day 1 begins on the day that the trial ends and ends on the 100th day following that.

Why is there a 100 day guarantee?
We have worked with thousands of companies from across the world in more than 75 countries and we have learned a lot about the correlation between usage and value.  Those who use the software and create a few records see the value the tool provides and are better positioned to determine if the product can meet their needs or not (compared to those who signup and didn’t do much).  Searching for new software takes a lot of time and we want to help put an end to that by helping you more quickly see how easy it is to use Contractor Foreman, but the only way we can do that is to require you to create records to be eligible for the guarantee.

What are the requirements to receive the refund?
Sure, we could have made the requirements super complicated but we didn’t.  Instead, we made them simple so that there are no challenges that stand in the way between you being eligible for the refund and ensuring that you gave Contractor Foreman a fair shot.

Prior to requesting a refund, you must have…

• Participated in (1) free one-on-one training session within 30 days of signing up
• Participated in (1) free one-on-one training session within the last 30 days of when you are requesting a refund.  (Group trainings (with other customers) do not count towards this requirement.)  This allows us to show you the features you may not be aware of and answer any questions you may have.
• Created (1) Estimate
• Created (1) Project
• Created (1) Time Card
• Created (1) Daily Log

It’s as simple as that. If you have completed those requirements, you can reach out to support to confirm that you are eligible for the guarantee prior to submitting the cancellation request.

How do I know if I am eligible to receive the full money-back refund?
You can look in your account and see if the records have been created. If you are not 100% sure email support@contractorforeman.com and we will be glad to confirm it for you.

How do I cancel and get a full refund?
The cancellation process is automated and doesn’t have a way to determine if someone should receive the full refund.  Because of that, we ask that you please submit the cancellation form (Menu > Settings > Subscription Info > Cancel) before day 100 and email support@contractorforeman.com requesting the 100 Day Money-Back Guarantee.  This will speed up the process and give us both a copy of the request.

What if I did not complete the requirements?
If you did not complete the requirements before cancellation, the only refund you will be eligible to receive is the one stated in the terms that were agreed to during signup and as seen here. https://contractorforeman.com/refund-policy/
