What is the difference between the Leads in the Directory and the Leads module?

Leads in the Directory and the Leads in the module are one and the same.

The only difference if at all is in how the Leads are displayed. In the Leads module, you can see it differently. If you add a Lead to the Directory, it will also show in the Leads module.

 

 

Some advantages of the Leads Module vs the Directory Module:

  1. The Leads Module allows you to work with a Card View or Kan Ban view, giving you more control of your leads since you have the ability to categorize them your own way.
  2. Within this module, you can set sales activities such as, setting up a phone call and under the dashboard view, you will see an icon with the date of when you should follow up.
  3. The dashboard already provides more useful information regarding the leads, and this helps you visualize better their status and your follow ups.
