Why Do We Cross-Reference a Change Order in the RFI Record?

Many times an RFI will trigger a Change Order, or a Change Order will trigger an RFI. Because these two documents are often directly connected, Contractor Foreman provides a field within the RFI to link it back to the related Change Order when one is created.
