In Contractor Foreman, importing items from an Estimate into a Change Order can make the process faster and more accurate when the required items are already included in the original Estimate. Instead of recreating each item manually, you can import the existing Estimate items, helping maintain consistent details such as item descriptions, quantities, and costs.

Importing Estimate items is optional. You can also add new items manually or modify the imported items as needed. This gives you flexibility to use existing Estimate information while making any necessary adjustments for the Change Order.
